How does Pre-Order work?
Pre Order allows you to register your order before the collection officially becomes available. Once the launch date arrives, your payment will be processed, and your order will be shipped.
When will I receive the first package?
You'll receive the first package 6 to 14 business days after your payment has been processed. From then on, each monthly package will be dispatched once your monthly subscription payment has been processed.
Your subscription gifts will be delivered throughout the duration of your subscription in separate packages, rather than all at once. If any gift isn’t in stock or otherwise unavailable due to circumstances beyond the publisher’s control, it'll be replaced by another gift of equal or greater value.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. However, we would advise that you provide us with 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise your next package/s may already be on their way to you, and we'll be unable to prevent the delivery. Please contact our customer service team who can help you with this.
